Adrian Lavelle

I am a writer originally from Achill Island in Co. Mayo, Ireland. I Love Film, Rock and Literature. I currently live in Galway City. I have a background as a playwright and I have studied Film and Television. I am 29 years old. Writing is a passion and a burden. A love hate relationship. I Still love it though. I am willing to write about anything as long as something out of the ordinary interests me about it. There's a natural high in writing, this warm feeling of accomplishment that washes over you after the agonising pain and stress of having to type it out and edit it. Lets just say I don't write things by half and this blog is a great opportunity for me to really flex the creative muscles in the brain and think more left sided than I already do, to do research and be as broad in my topics as I can possibly be. Ok so my interests in certain subjects will overide others, but that's what makes me tick...

Read the articles, enjoy them, rate them, comment on them, link them, love them, cherish them. As the blog expands so will the topics, so hopefully there will be an article out there for everybody to read.

And remember that knowledge is power.
